SEEKEDGAR's website currently describes AI-powered summaries for certain SEC filing types.
When an AI-enabled feature is used, information necessary to provide that feature may be processed by SEEKEDGAR and, where applicable, third-party technology providers acting on SEEKEDGAR's behalf.
SEEKEDGAR will use reasonable measures to limit information provided to AI service providers to information necessary for the applicable functionality and will use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.
Unless otherwise disclosed or authorized, SEEKEDGAR does not intend to use customer-provided confidential personal information to train publicly available third-party foundation models.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the requested Service.
Public Regulatory Filings
SEEKEDGAR's Services provide access to information contained in regulatory filings, including SEC filings. Some filings are publicly available and may contain names, employment information, compensation information, signatures, contact information, or other information concerning individuals.
The fact that information appears in a public filing does not mean that all subsequent uses of that information are unrestricted. SEEKEDGAR will process such information in accordance with applicable law and the purposes of its Services.
